Bara is a very tasty dish. Bara should first be soaked in water in a pan. Then they

Sauteed in hot oil. By doing this, the bara is formed. Making Bara is very easy. Very easy to do in a very short time. But to make this bara, the tins have to be soaked in water for a long time.

By soaking in water, those kalais become soft. They can then be easily refined. But if they cannot be soaked in water, it will be very difficult to refine them. And will not be as refined. That is why it is not softened by soaking in water. So that later those kalais can be nicely mixed with masala.

But I don't like to buy food from outside. Because it is not made to grow up according to healthy rules outside. But when I make it at home, I make it according to hygienic rules. Bara has been in practice since the early days of Bangladesh. If we go to history, our early men also made bara. But nowadays, when girls go to make Bara, the girls of rural Bengal use a little more spices. Because the more spices they use, the more delicious they will be. Many people add beef or goat meat to Bara.
