Due to covid-19 restrictions, a lot of plans have been cancelled and movements of almost everything was getting slow. It's unlikely for me not to travel and take a plane out of the country or just within the country in a year. Since I arrived to my wife's home place 2 years ago, I haven't gone to any places aside from the city where we live.
Just recently my wife and I went to Palawan for a 2 day trip. It has been my desire to visit the city particularly the famous cave I have hears with lots of good reviews from the tourists. Two months waiting for the date we finally able to go and fly for the first time after 2 years.
We live close to the airport and every day we see planes taking off and hearing those loud sound time to time. Every single day it gives me a desire that one day I could take a plane again and see other places in the country.
The day arrived for our trip and we went early to the airport. I felt good that finally I am able to take a break and recharged. We passed through the airport security and find our boarding gate. Had a cup of coffee while waiting and watching planes taking off. There were plenty of passengers going in and out of the city.
All arrivals and departures are in the international airport since they make renovations for the domestic airport. Some go to international destinations and some to other regions of the country.
It wasn't a big plane but our flight went well. We took Philippine Airlines back and forth. We had a lot of fun in Puerto Princesa Palawan where we have visited a lot of beautiful tourist spots. I will share to you all soon in the next few days.
It was a dream come true of mine. Praying that soon my wife and I together with Eva will take a plane all together for a wonderful destination.
