Alright friends, in this post, I want to write about a few things with the Philippines, including about 10 traditions and customs of the Philippines
Customs and traditions in Palestine are very local and then enriched by the influence of Spain, Malaysia, the United States and China. Of course you want to know about some of the customs and culture of the Philippines, here's my review of the traditions and culture in the Philippines, including:
Sinulog Festival
This festival is one of the most important festivals in the philippines so many visitors who come from various regions come to celebrate it, a gathering of people who come in the city of cebu, they just want to celebrate this important festival
All focus on a dance that goes back and forth to the rhythm of the mother tongue. This dance is a tribute to the presence of the baby Jesus and welcomes people who have converted to Christianity.
Panagbenga Festival
This festival is called the flower festival, this festival is often celebrated by Filipinos in February, and this festival lasts for a whole month as a form of commemorating the natural disaster in the form of a tragic earthquake that occurred in 1990. Sera the beauty of floristics in the Bagulo area
The Arnis
This is a Filipino martial art, and it is also known as Kali, depending on the region
It is greatly influenced directly by the Spanish fence. They use sticks with a length of 70 cm and use close combat techniques.
The Harana
This has become a tradition of seduction of a man who wants to seduce a woman by singing a song and is asked the woman to hear a song from the man,
for the man asks the woman to open the window and listen to her request
Pamanhikan
This unclehikan tradition is a tradition where in engagement, for the groom and his family to come to the bride to ask for an engagement, the groom's family must bring some food while waiting for the blessing of the bride's parents.
hanging coffin
One of the unique traditions for the Filipino people is to hang dead coffins on the walls of the mountains by using their colorful dead clothes, this coffin is one of the igorot ethnic groups, colorful clothes are used to make it easier for their families to recognize from outside.
Good Friday Crucifixion
Every year, many people choose a good Friday to crucify themselves as a manifestation of imitating the suffering of Christ during the pilgrimage. They crucify themselves and drag a very heavy cross.
The Sipa
a game that resembles a slap ball or soccer ball, at the same time and this is not a tradition in the philippines, which are used are two hands and two feet, kicking the ball must be done without having to hit the ground, for this type of ball made from sugarcane fiber
Sang kundiman
A traditional love song from the Philippines, this song is written in the Tagalog dialect, and sounds melancholy and very uplifting at another time.
Old Makati Bow Dance

This tradition is held every year in Bandar Barangay , it has been around since the 19th century
So friends, all that I can write in 10 unique and very interesting Filipino traditions, hopefully what I write can add to our insight, of course, and know each other about our customs and culture, of course,
