THE DIARY GAME: 19TH AUGUST, 2020: Home All Day

Dear diary,
Thank God for today, I slept well for the night was peaceful and quiet. My mum woke me up by 6am for devotion which was anchored by her. After which I went into the room and slept a little.

I woke up by some minutes past 7am, I had scheduled to go collect my ATM card from the bank but I was told by one of the workers that the machine used for the card process was faulty.

Thank God I called, would have just wasted energy and resources going and coming back fruitlessly.

As at today, my work area was a mess, I had some clothes that I needed to amend but due to my busy schedule, I have been procrastinating when and where to start from.

We are expecting a visitor this weekend and the visitor's room is still a mess. My cousin left for church and I decided to finish up the amendment.

Working on My Niece Dress

I arranged them by the colour of thread to use for the amendment, I started with my niece white gown going down to my moms gown.

Cutting Out the Excess From The cloth

That is m mum's cloth, since the time they bought it, she has not worn it out because it was too long and big for her. The clothe was made using industrial weaving at the edge, after cutting I left it for another day so I could weave somewhere else.

Part Time Job

When I was done with the clothes, I came into the sitting room to watch a movie showing in Africa Magic.

After amending, I ate beans cake( moi moi) and pap while watching a movie. Never expected to finish amending before it was noon. After eating, I continued my job and I know that I am at the learning stage but it takes a lot of my time.

My day was spent at home, from my phone to my sowing machine to my food, to my bed, then from my phone to my bed.

Later in the night, I had diner which was served by my cousin. After eating, I had a little rest before it was time for night devotion.
