RESPONSIBILITIES OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT PANGAEA HOLDINGS
We are looking for someone willing to work in a fast-paced, remote business environment. You will be responsible for managing the schedule and workload of the co-founders and our chief of staff.
We are looking for good cross-functional work, meticulous, and who can stay calm. When you understand the details of the business, you become an important partner for executives to prioritize actions and time.
You like a rapidly expanding business, you are collaborative and hospitable, and you like to bring the team together!
Efficiently manage multiple calendars in different time zones worldwide and direct communication related to meetings, calls, and invitations.
Coordinate our travel and travel-related activities in 4 regional offices around the world; including transportation, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, and itinerary.
Information format for internal and external communication notes, emails, presentations
Assist in planning company activities and special projects as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
REQUIREMENTS:
More than 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Strong organizational skills and not Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while still being able to re-prioritize tasks to adjust as needed
Must be flexible and comfortable Non-traditional work Hours.
PREFERENCES:
Proficient in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, and other tools
Previous experience in the startup environment
Previous work experience remote jo
Good at developing internal processes
Good adaptability and willingness to accept challenges
