Hello everyone! How are you all? Welcome to my post. Today I'm here to participate in an amazing contest in this community. The contest is about " Share Your Experience About Fasting". This is very interesting contest. So let's start the task without any more delay of time.
The Holy month Ramadan is going. Almost every Muslim is fasting but there are some people who are searching for skip fasting. As a Muslim I fast every year. As usual like previous years I'm also fasting in this year(Alhamdulillah). It is a month of blessings. Fasting is the fifth pillar of Islam.
I fast fast according the rules which Allah has instructed upon us. Fasting is to skip eating and drinking from dawn to sunset. During that time avoiding yourself from the bad things and sinful acts. I don't abuse others while fasting.
Yes fasting works as a medicine for our body. Allah has kept many benefits of fasting for our body. During fasting we skip eating and drinking for the whole day so our body converts fats into energy. In this way fasting help in losing weight. Fasting also boost up the metabolic activities of our body. Fasting improve the insulin level of body. Fasting help us to reduce the skin problems. Fasting keeps our stomach healthy.
In the month of Ramadan our routines of everything changes. We have to wake up early for the sahoor time and then observe fast. The timetable of schools colleges and offices also changes. These things changes us physically and mentally during Ramadan.
It feels very different while I'm fasting. I feel very good mentally as well as physically. Bearing hunger and thirst for the whole day hits differently. Actually it reminds us of those poor people which don't have enough food to fulfill their hunger. It also urges us to help those people.
All the day I keep my self away from the sinful acts and try to keep myself busy in the worship of Allah Almighty and doing good deeds so in that way I feel close to the Allah Almighty.
Ramadan is a month of blessings. It provides us a golden opportunity to seek the mercy of Allah Almighty.
Actually fasting is not about skip eating and drinking there are many things which we should keep in our minds while we are fasting. We should reduce the use of social media during Ramadan and try to keep ourselves busy in the worship of Allah.
We should keep ourselves away from the baseless quarrels and the sinful acts.
We should also be careful about our diet. We should not eat such things which resist us in fasting and try to eat healthy food.
While fasting we should not sleep all the day long. We should try to do good deeds.
