A delicious Bengali dish of meat with chuijhal and garlic. It's easy to create this recipe at home. The following is a list of ingredients for this recipe:

4 | Onion paste | 2 tablespoon |
5 | Garlic paste | 2 tablespoon |
6 | Cumin paste | 2 tablespoon |
7 | Ginger paste | 1 tablespoon |
8 | Coriander powder | 1 teaspoon |
9 | Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
10 | Red chilli powder | In quantity |
11 | Salt | In quantity |
12 | Bay leaves | 2 leaves |
13 | Garam masala powder | 2 teaspoon |
14 | Oil | As required |
15 | Hot water | As required |
Getting ready
First heat some oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic, cumin, ginger, turmeric, coriander, red chillies, bay leaf and salt and grind everything together well. When the oil separates from the spices and starts smelling good, it should be considered that it has been ground.
Wash the meat thoroughly and re-grind it with masala after you've finished grinding it. To prevent the meat from burning and get an excellent seasoning, the oven's heat should be maintained at a slightly lower temperature than medium. Seasoning well will make the meat taste better.
An additional precaution when grilling meat is not to overheat the oven. Raising the oven temperature too high risks making the meat tough and inedible. Drain the meat again, and slowly add hot water until the meat is slightly tender. When the meat is half cooked, add the chuijhal and whole garlic and continue to fry the mixture until the meat, garlic and chuijhal are cooked.
When everything is boiled, add enough hot water. Add the garam masala powder right before serving. The meat is ready to be enjoyed with chuijhal and garlic. This dish tastes great with paratha or hot rice. Thus far, so good. Take care of yourself and offer your prayers for me. Allah Hafez.
