Enjoyably simple to prepare, this recipe for rockfish tastes great. What we'll need to make this recipe for rockfish is listed below:

2 | Deshi tomatoes | 4-5 peaches |
3 | Coriander leaves | 1 handfull |
4 | Onion grain | 1/2 cup |
5 | Onion paste | 2 tablespoons |
6 | Garlic paste | 2 tablespoons |
7 | Cumin paste | 1 tablespoon |
8 | Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
9 | Chilli powder | As needed |
10 | Salt | As needed |
11 | Oil | As needed |
Preparation
First, cut the fish a little bigger and clean them well. Then, the belly of the fish should be cut. Cut in such a way that the fish does not entirely split.
Then wash the fish well and apply salt, turmeric and dry chilli powder. Fill a pan with hot oil now. Deep-fry the fish until it's golden. Once cooked, remove the fish from the pan and use the oil to fully fry the onions. When the onion has taken on a light red color, add the garlic paste, cumin paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, onion paste and salt.
If the oil starts coming out while grinding the masala, then you will know that the masala has been sanded well. Add a little water when the masala is ground well. Then add the fried fish when the water starts boiling.
Top the fried fish with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves. Now cover with a lid and keep burning for a while. Check if the salt tastes right. Add a little salt if the salt is low. Salt adds flavour to any curry. Just as too much salt spoils curries' taste, too much salt in curries is not fun to eat. So, while cooking any curry, the taste of salt should be correct.
When the oil begins to escape the curry after a while of simmering, remove off the heat. This curry is very interesting. He who eats once will want to eat again. It's enjoyable to eat and visually stunning, this curry. As the saying goes, peace that sees is peace that eats, which goes perfectly with this curry.
