SEC-S10W3: Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

INTRODUCTION

Hello friends, i hope you're just doing fine and enjoying your day. It's always my pleasure to participate in any contest or engagement challenge in this amazing community @steem4bangladesh, the theme of the contest is Team work makes the dream work.
So i will be discussing on the topic by following and answering the contest questions.

WHAT DOES THE PHRASE "TEAM WORK" MEAN TO YOU?

According to my understanding, the phrase "Team work makes the dream work" is a saying that emphasizes the importance cooperation and collaboration in reaching a particular goal or in achieving success.

It simply means when two or more people works together harmoniously and effectively as a team, the chances of them achieving their objectives and aspirations are hight which means they are likely to accomplish it.

The phrase simply point out the idea that individual efforts and contributions are important, but when individual effort are being put together as a team, the result can be even more remarkable.
It gives the idea that mutual support, unity and shared responsibility are important for achieving greater success than what one person can achieve alone.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE BEING INVOLVED IN TEAM BASED WORK?

Yes, i have had so many team work experience, the last one was when i was in school, our lecturer gave us a project which was a exams and he grouped us into six groups, five people each.

So we were to draw the plan of AKTC bus stop in Uyo in Akwa ibom state, Nigeria, trace it out and also do the necessary calculations, and i was the only person in my group that can draw very well, so i helped them in drawing five colies of the pan after that i trace it and leave it for them to do the remaining thing which includes the calculations.

WHAT OBSTACLE DID YOU FACE WORKING AS A TEAM?

The only obstacle i was facing the last time i worked as a team was financial issues.
There were contributing five thousand naita each to used in doing the project, and i would have been removed from the group if not that i was good at drawing and tracing of architectural plans.

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A PERSON CAN ACHIEVE MORE BY ENGAGING IN TEAM WORK THAN INDIVIDUALLY?

Yes, it's definitely possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in team work than working individually.
Team work comes with several advantages that can lead to increased efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

Few reasons why team work is beneficial;

1. Division of labour
2. Synergy
3. Support and motivation
4. Diverse perspective
5. Learning and growth, etc.
