The fruit of jackfruit tree in our house

At the beginning I am going to say something about our country's national fruit jackfruit.Jackfruit is our national fruit the taste of this fruit is very sweet and delicious. We have about three to four jackfruit trees in our house and by the grace of Allah the harvest has been good this time.Jackfruit is a very favorite fruit of mine as it is usually available once a year so it is in demand.Jackfruit is not only eaten as a fruit it can be eaten raw and cooked when unripe. Jackfruit curry is a lot of fun to eat and Bengalis love this jackfruit curry. And after just a few days these jackfruit fruits will mature and start ripening. Ripe jackfruit is very sweet to eat and emits a very pleasant aroma when ripe. On this day of the year we eat a lot of jackfruit and earn money by selling it in the market.

Lemons from our home lemon tree

The fruit you can see in the above picture is called lemon. Lemons come in different sizes from small to medium, medium to large. We have a small variety of lemon in our house which is called kagi lemon in local language.Although this lemon is small in size, its yield is large and the specialty of this lemon is that it is very sour and has a lot of juice. This lemon is commonly used to make sharbat as this lemon is highly sour. And this lemon syrup is like nectar in summer.By God's grace our lemons have grown in abundance and are looking pretty and will be ripe in a few days. All of you should eat more lemon juice in this hot summer to stay healthy.

grapefruit

The fruit you can see in the next picture is called grapefruit.Grapefruit is one of the unadulterated fruits. No formalin is used to ripen or mature this fruit. This fruit is rich in vitamin C. This fruit is used as one of the medicines for fever and cold, moreover, eating this fruit regularly fills up the deficiency of vitamin C in the body. This fruit is not yet ripe, the fruit will ripen in a few months. When ripe, the outer green part will turn a light brown color, just when a fruit is ripe, the inside will be red and white. This fruit has a sour sweet taste when ripe and is very tasty to eat.Pakka this phone is in great demand in our region to be eaten with green chillies.

eggplant

The vegetable you can see in the next picture is called Eggplant.Eggplant is one of the vegetables cultivated in our country. This vegetable is cultivated in large quantities in our country. There is a huge demand for eggplant cultivation in our village, this vegetable gives high yield, so it is easy to make a profit by cultivating the vegetable.I have planted some eggplant seedlings along my yard to eat at home. Our country is a riverine country so there is a lot of river fish available in our country and eggplant is one of the vegetables to cook this river fish. Curries are not only cooked with eggplant, it is also fried and one of the favorite dishes of Bengalis is eggplant bharta with dry chillies. The regional name of the brinjal we see in the picture is jhumka brinjal. The reason for this name is that it is known as jhumka brinjal due to the large number of brinjals that hang on the tree.

This was today's discussion on some home grown fruits and vegetables, hope you like it.Everyone will be fine and healthy. I hope this to God. Finally, I want to say one thing. Good luck to all of our communities. Thank you all.
