Assalamu Alaikum
I am @grambangla from Bangladesh .
There is no nutritional difference between domestic chicken eggs and farm chicken eggs. In our country, domestic chickens are usually kept in open spaces. That's why their food list includes various insects-spiders, young leaves of trees, earthworms, etc. Therefore, native chicken eggs are nutritious.
Farm Chicken Eggs:
Farm chickens are sometimes fed various vitamin supplements. All these foods contain different minerals. For example, snail meal, khail, salt, dried fish meal, husk, wheat, maize and many other combinations. Because of these foods, farm-raised chicken eggs are also nutritious. Again, eggs of farm chickens are bigger than domestic chickens. Considering these aspects, the nutritional value of farm chicken eggs is high.
Duck eggs:
The nutritional value of duck and chicken eggs is almost identical.Duck eggs have a little better nutritional value than other eggs, though.100 grams of duck egg contains 181 kcal. Contains protein 13.5 grams, fat 13.7 grams, calcium 70 mg, iron 3 mg, vitamin A 269 micrograms.
It turns out that although the taste is incomparable, the smell of the duck is more beneficial in terms of health. But for those who want to reduce fat, chicken eggs are more beneficial.
Quail eggs:
Quail eggs are considered to be the highest quality and most nutritious eggs available worldwide Doctors advise against consuming any kind of chicken egg after the age of forty, including local or boiler chicken eggs. because eating chicken eggs frequently raises cholesterol levels, which raises the risk of heart disease. Nonetheless, quail eggs are safe for all ages, even senior citizens. Although there is no reason to be harmful, eating quail eggs on a regular basis can meet the body's nutritional demands and even treat many major disorders.
Fish eggs:
Fish eggs are known as caviar or roe. Which plays an effective role in the body as a fish oil supplement. EPA, DHA and DPA (a type of fatty acid) in fish roe help improve brain health.
