So let's start how I made singara at home. And what ingredients I used in this recipe are:
- Potatoes
- onion
- turmeric powder
- Green chillies
- Chilli powder
- Soybean oil
- Salt
- Flour
- Water
1.First of all I have prepared the potato mince. And for that, I put oil in a pan, chopped onion, chopped chili, a little chili powder, roasted masala with turmeric powder, mixed some salt with a little chopped potato, stirred a little and then added a little water. After some time my potato mince is ready.
2.Take the amount of flour in a big bowl. Then I mixed it well with enough oil and salt. Then I made flour dough by adding enough water to it.
3.When the flour dough is ready, make small dough from it. Then I made it round like bread. Then I cut it into 6 parts with a knife. For giving Singara shape.
4.Then I took one part by hand and joined its two sides by filling it with minced potato and closed its mouth.Now it is shaped like a singara.This is how all singaras are made.
5.Then I put oil in a pan.When the oil gets a little hot, I put it in the singar oil I prepared and fry it well. When the singara is fried, take it out on a plate.
After the singara was made, I took a picture of it to post here, and I wrote my committee name and my username on a piece of paper and took a picture with it.
