I hope you are all doing well by the grace of Allah. I’m also doing great. This evening, I felt like having something fried. I’d been planning to make chicken fry at home for quite some time, so today I finally decided to make it happen.

First, I went to the market with 1000 taka in hand. I picked out two good chickens, which the shopkeeper cleaned and prepared for me. After that, I got some oil and headed home.
At home, I thoroughly washed the chicken pieces and started marinating them. For the marinade, I used chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and a bit of garam masala. After marinating for 30 minutes, I mixed the pieces with some flour to get a good coating.
Then, I fried the pieces one by one in hot oil. The crispy, golden-brown chicken fry looked so tempting that my mouth started watering. With the first bite, I realized the effort was truly worth it. My family loved it, and their compliments made me very happy.
This evening felt really special with this delicious chicken fry. Even though it was homemade, the taste was just like something you’d get in a restaurant.

Thank you very much for presenting us such a beautiful recipe post. First you take the chicken from the market and wash it nicely and fry it with fresh wheat flour and oil. It actually takes a lot of time and requires a lot of experience to make it as you have shown it here.
