First, I bought pabda fish from the market and collected some lao shak from my own rooftop garden. Then I took all the necessary spices, which you can see on the screen.

Then I manually pounded the spices by hand with the help of a stone pestle. Then I took the cleaned fish pieces in a pot. And on top of it, I put the spices made by mixing turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt on it. Then I put enough mustard oil on it.

Once the spices were mixed, I put a plastic box with the mouth closed and kept it in the normal section of the fridge to marinate for a while, and I marinated it for about 30 minutes. After the spices were mixed, the colour changed a little. Then I put some whole garlic pieces on the marinated fish. Then inside a gourd leaf, I put the spices mixed with the fish on it and tied it with a thread so that it does not come out while frying.

Then I put a pot on the stove, and after the pot was hot, I put soybean oil in it. Then I put the pitha made with gourd leaves that I had made earlier on that pot. Then I fried it in 4 to 5 steps by turning it upside down for a while. Then, it was really fun to eat with hot rice during lunch. You can also try it.
