Of course, brother, it is much better to eat these plain. If there is any spicy chitny or any other seasoning, then they are also made with spicy seasoning. And if it is made like this with dhuna leaves or different types of spices, then they taste much more delicious. It is a different recipe and it will be much better to eat it in an exceptional way. I hope you will make it and you will enjoy it.
