Our food is one of our essential ingredients for our survival.We eat a variety of foods and we get these foods from a variety of sources. Food gives us this food growth and energy needed in our body. Foods that we eat throughout the day also affect our well-being.Among all these foods we have to drink some healthy drinks because we need a lot of water and drink along with the foods we consume. So the different types of drinks we consume in water-based foods can be hot or cold. Also we drink different juices.People like different types of drinks according to people's taste, food needs.
The Moderator of @shiftitamanna from the Steem for Bangladesh community has organized a very nice contest on these drink drinks so that different users can describe in detail who they like and what kind of drinks they like.

Drinking tea or coffee is common in our country or to me. When a guest comes to my house I let him drink tea most of the time. Drinking a cup of tea seems important to me when I go somewhere because a cup of tea is very necessary at that moment to keep the mine fresh.I like to drink tea and drinking this tea or coffee changes the mental state of the body or mind a lot.
It's as if the beginning of the day can't be imagined without this tea. If I can't drink a cup of tea at the breakfast table in the morning, it feels like my breakfast isn't complete. It's common for me to drink at least one cup of tea a day.And drinking this tea removes the anxiety of the mind. This is what helps keep our bodies fresh. Drinking tea is a common thing that anyone can drink. Many people like to drink tea even if they feel tired.
Many people don't like to drink tea but many people like to drink this ginger tea with cold,fever. Ginger tea is very beneficial for colds and coughs.
Drinking this tea has many benefits for the body especially if drinking black tea or black coffee instead of milk is a healthy drink for the body.

As a child, I had tea in my first row among various drinks. Since childhood I loved to drink tea, it could be milk tea or black tea. Sometimes headache or fatigue due to physical illness, cold cough, I drink ginger tea.That makes me feel mentally healthy.
Besides, among other drinks, I liked the waters like Coca-Cola, Sprite Seven Up, Occasionally.
Especially when rich food items were cooked Polao, Korma or Chinese food, if there were sprite or Coca-Cola beverage drinks in addition to those foods, those rich food items would be better eaten.Moreover, after eating rich food items, I would have liked to drink this soft water more if I had a little nausea.
As a child, I loved to drink some other types of drinks, including lemon juice, Raw mango juice and wood apple juice, which I used to cool these syrups in summer when they were over-tempered.

Also when we're thirsty we drink water. Water is quenching our thirst.Throughout the day we eat three meals as well as drink water.
Don't survive our lives without water.That's why water is another name for life.Moreover, if this water is not drunk properly, this water can also cause death again.
So just as it's important to drink water, in some special cases it's more important to take some precautions and take.
