Dear friends, the DC torch light belongs to a worshipper of my mosque.It was given to me for repair a few days ago.I told him your flashlight battery was dead.He was telling me to fix the torch light.Today I was fixing the torch light and found a problem with the torch light switch and battery.I bought a new battery to fix my flashlight. I can't find where the battery is.So I took the battery out of another old torch light and fixed this torch light. I had the switch.Many products are purchased to make electronics work.Many times they Not necessary. Sometimes it,s Useful .

🪫 STEP 1
Dear friends, I will now describe to you the process of repairing a Tor light step by step. The torch light was given to me for repair.Before starting any work, the problem should be identified first.Then the problem should be solved.When they gave me the Torso light, I brought it home and checked it out.And I realized that the battery was dead.The switch didn't seem to be that good either.
We bought the necessary equipment to repair the DC torch light.First, I tested it by inserting the mobile phone charger pin into the charging point of the light. Is the charge working properly?Charging is on, the red light is on.The light is on when I turn the switch on while charging.The light turns off when I unplug it from the charger.It is understandable from the outside.The battery is damaged.Usually, when such a problem occurs, the battery is damaged.
🪫STEP 2
I took the flashlight apart to repair it.The light has no screws, it's a direct pass system.I didn't need a screwdriver to open the torch light.I was able to open it easily.Then I plugged the charger cord into the charging point again.And I checked the battery points with a digital multimeter. Is the circuit supplying charge to the battery?I checked and found it.The charge is coming properly but the battery is not holding up.That means the battery is dead.

Then I connected the soldering iron to the power supply to open the battery in the torch light.Once the soldering iron was hot, I disconnected the battery from the torch light.Then I check the battery amperage again with a digital multimeter.I see no response. collect another battery for the torch light.I brought a new battery, because I couldn't find it.Collecting batteries from another broken torch light Then check it with a multimeter.I see that it is completely fine.
🪫STEP 4
Now i will connect a good battery instead of a bad battery. To connect the battery, I put a drop of soldering gel on the battery points.This will strengthen the joint very quickly when soldering.Then I added the run with a soldering iron and connected the wire to the battery.I completed the soldering very nicely with iron solder on both the negative and positive sides of the battery.
🪫STEP 5
After soldering, I noticed that the switch was not working properly.And the two battery wires I connected are also a little damaged.So I disconnected the two battery cables again.And I connected the new two wires to the battery.
🪫 STEP 6
Then I soldered the two battery connections to the negative and positive ends of the torch light circuit.And I put the charging cable on the charging point and checked to see if it was charging. I saw that it was charging properly, but the switch wasn't working properly.To change the switch, I collected another switch.The switch was purchased a long time ago.Not used.The switch was connected to a circuit.The switch is removed from the circuit.
🪫 STEP 7
Then, I disconnected the wasted switch from the DC torch light circuit using a soldering iron and removed it.I cleaned the circuit.Then place the new switch back on the circuit.I connected it with a soldering iron.

After connecting the battery, I added the new switch.I completed everything and checked the torch light.And I set up everything from the torch light's battery circuit switch.After setup, I turned on the light with the switch before attaching the torch light head. I completed my task perfectly
After completing the last task, I turned on the torch light and took a selfie.
