Have I ever fasted?What rule I follow during fast?
Yes, Obviously we are Muslims and being a Muslim it's our duty just like other Muslims to be in a condition of fast as fasting is also one of the pillars of Islam.We all know that with pillar a building can destroyThat's why if we forgot the practice of fasting which is considered the most important pillar of Islam then it means that our faith is incomplete and we have to work on it.
On the other hand if we talk about exceptions then Allah never says that fasting is necessary for every Muslim.There is also a choice regarding fasting that if there is a diseased person who is not able to remain in the state of fast than there are other choices for him that he can feed 7 people for his one fast.As I am a normal person so I like to having fast in Ramadan.
In every Ramzan I like to have fasting daily. The reason for this is that it's my choice also and the other reason is that there are a lot of blessings that Allah give us in this month and if we talk about the health benefits then there are a lot of health benefits of fasting that's why in every Ramzan I try my best always to complete 30 fasts. But when ever in this month I don't feel well for one or two days then I also skip fast.
Rule that I follow in fast
People think that fasting is just the name of quiting eating and drinking for sometime but rule that I follow first is to have a self control on myself. Self control means I try to control all my wishes which are not according to the rules of Islam.
Other rule that I follow is try to do good acts for the whole month because it's very important to keep your behaviour changed positively in Ramadan. The meaning of good acts is to serve the humanity first and then other things also comes in good acts after serving humanity.

- Next rule that I follow is to complete my fast with a lot of love , devotion and patience because they all are the moral lesson of the fasting also. I never get bored after having a fast either I feel a lot of thirst as well as hunger but I always complete my fast with a lot of love and devotion.
Does fasting works as medicine 💊💉 for bodies?
Yes fasting works as medicine for bodies.There are many benefits of fasting some of them I am sharing here below 👇
- Fasting keeps your body metabolism healthy by working very fast.When you in a fast condition then your body metabolism works in a good way. In our normal routine we also have a fast metabolism so that our body may work properly and we should work on our health for this.
- Fasting prevent you from blood pressure illness.When you will not eat anything for some period then obviously fasting keeps you healthy and will not cause blood pressure issues. So is a second plus point for having a fast.
- Fasting keeps your respiratory system works very well.You have noticed that when you overload with food then respiration is also somehow difficult for you so fasting is vice versa of this.Its a 3rd health benefit that I have shared with you guys.

Any physical and mental change in me that I have noticed
Yes I have noticed physical and mental change in me during the month of Ramadan.
1 | Mentally I never get angry mostly in fasting because blood pressure increase cause you to be angry so if blood pressure will remain normal so mentally it will easy for all of us to be relaxed. |

What things should be taken care while fasting?
Some of the things about we have to be careful are I am describing here!
🌞We all know that there are just two times that we have in Ramadan for eating and drinking.One is of Sehri and one is of iftari time.We should remain hydrated between this whole span because it keeps us hydrated.We should avoid dehydration by drinking plenty of water as a solution

🌞We should avoid drinking plenty of water at iftar time suddenly means I have seen many people who drink more than two glasses at iftar time to get rid of their thirst so its also not good to have excess of water at a time.
🌞Don't eat fried things more in Iftar.We should avoid fried things to eat in Iftar more .This can cause side effects to you and cause you diarrhea, food poisoning or stomach issues.
🌞Avoid having exercise just after Iftar.This can also cause anti-peristalsis movement in your alimentary system if you continue to start exercising after just 15 minutes of Iftar.It can cause you to vomit.
🌞Eat in a proper way.Avoid to eat the excessive food which you cannot eat but eating just by thinking to be healthy and actually excessive food will disturb you in the form of nausea then.
