Human rights are birthrights of an individual. A day of freedom of the individual, the United Nations proclaimed the Declaration of Human Rights on 10 December 1948. Bangladesh is an independent sovereign state. I can confidently say that the freedom of my country is being abused. People in my country can't express themselves if they want to. Citizens of Bangladesh are facing this big problem challenge. Various killings in Bangladesh are not able to build protest against sleep and anarchy talk.
After the dayDay by day women and children are being tortured and killed, many big criminals are being released from jail, poor poor innocent people are going to jail without any crime. Especially the poor people have more problems, there is no law or freedom for them. Humans are born free only in textbooks but in reality it is the opposite.
Everyone has a fair wage, but not everyone has fair hours and fair working hours.In organizations or companies, the younger ones have to perform more responsibility than the older ones, but the younger ones get relatively less in terms of wages.
In our country reality never applies when everyone is face to face. All kinds of opportunities big bureaucrats big leaders get. Poor people do not get anything in return than what innocent people work for. This is me, Bangladesh, this is me, the constitution of Bangladesh.
Judicial system: Bangladesh is a dream to get justice. In the hands of judicial system institutions, only corruption and looting, lack of legal assistance, murdering people and murderers can walk in front of open people in the judicial system of Bangladesh.
Child Rights: Child labor, child marriage and lack of adequate educational opportunities are major problems in Bangladesh today.

Pasan varios años y los familiares de la víctima recurren a la fiscalía para obtener respuesta y allí le dicen que el caso fue cerrado por el hecho que transcurrió varios años sin lograr identificar a los funcionarios que causaron la muerte.
Violation of family rights.
Right to Justice:
