Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Bengalis are very foodies. People always like to taste something new. Although I love to eat, I also love to cook. I always try to make new items to feed my family members. As much as my cooking is done by my mother's hands. My mother's cooking is the best in the world. No other cuisine compares to his cooking. For me, my mother's cooking is the best compared to the safe of all the big restaurants in the world.
I make an evening snack item today.
Materials:
- 1 egg.
- 1 banana.
- 1 spoon of sugar.
- .5 cup liquid milk.
- Like amount of ghee.
1st Step:
First, the banana should be thinly sliced with the help of a knife. Then, heat light ghee in a pan and fry the sliced bananas to a light brown color.
2nd Step:
Make a butter by mixing liquid milk in a bowl with eggs and sugar.
3rd Step:
Sliced breads should be cut around with the help of a knife. Then the bread should be thinned with the help of a ballon.
4th Step:
Fry the banana slices on the bread and dip the butter made with the rolls.
5th Step:
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the rolled bread till it turns brown. When it becomes brown in color, it should be served on serving day.
