Hello friends, I am Md Yusuf Ali from Bangladesh. Actually we eat a lot of things in our daily life and we prefer to eat something else along with our daily three meals as we are Bengalis. Many times we eat various types of street food which are very harmful for us. So today I am going to tell you some things that by eating we can get rid of many things in our daily life and bring many things. So we actually don't know what is good for our body and what is bad because we are used to being Bengalis.

So today I realize what kind of food I ate in my day, which kind of food is good for me and which is harmful for my body during the night. In fact, I never thought like this before as I think today because we have to avoid those things that are harmful to our body. In between, I get up early in the morning and eat, then basically head to the office and leave the office around 10 o'clock. I have breakfast outside. There is Singara Pari in the street along with light papaya salad so you know what kind of oil is fried in this Singapore shop. They use it for two days, three days and four days, so this kind of used oil does a lot of harm to our body, but we eat it without realizing it. Try your best not to eat such fried food on the street or to refrain from eating such food.

Next, here are some of our own country oranges. Although these oranges are made and produced in our own country, that is why we call fresh oranges from the loss of these plantations in our country. It goes without saying that such oranges never contain formalin or any other chemicals as they are produced in our own country. These oranges are very beneficial for our body. You can eat oranges regularly if you want as it is currently the corner season. The oranges we buy from foreign countries are very expensive because of which we can't eat many times but these oranges are produced in our own country so they are available at very low prices. There are many types of vitamins in oranges that are very useful for our body, so I think that such fruits are very necessary for our daily life.

Then there are the noodles, the noodles actually we have not seen in that way, among the companies that make noodles are Fresh, Maggi, there are many good companies. Besides this good company there are many companies who are making noodles and their noodles are not very tasty to eat but in what environment they are being made as we don't know it. Noodles are a food that many people eat in the stomach. If we think that a lot of oil accumulates in our stomach and the filling is thick, then we will not eat these noodles in large quantities. Noodles as much as we need, we can eat one to two days a week, eating more than that can accumulate a lot of fat in our body, which may cause us to suffer from diabetes or other cloud-related problems or major diseases, so we will refrain from such people and try. I will eat less.

And here you can see that this mudri is rubbed with coconut twine and coconut twine i.e. coconut we know is very beneficial for our body but mudri is often harmful. It is basically a hobby food so sometimes you can try it if you want to see if this kind of food has any effect on your body. However, today I have discussed some foods in front of you, so we call this food and use it as breakfast. After entering these snacks in our body in one day, I often have many problems or sometimes flatulence or indigestion. I have seen this kind of problem with stomach bloating which is why I originally shared this with SK in the Muslim world.
