bismillahirrahmanirrahim I am a regular member of @steemit online platform. Life is no longer fueled by family. You Shalas never get married by mistake. I am getting the result of marriage today. Today I used to be a bachelor where I work at night but now I'm going over like that. A flood is flowing over life. I have to do all the work starting from the bathroom, cleaning the house, cooking, washing clothes. So with sincere love and gratitude to all, I say never get married. However, I made fun of everything I said so far, none of you will take it seriously. Because cooking is a hobby of mine I do all the cooking sometimes and do nothing else which is basically to entertain you guys. Anyway, today I will start with a nice recipe of pangas fish. As you currently know, in the context of Bangladesh, panas fish is available at a much cheaper price than hilsa fish, so I think that the national fish of Bangladesh should be destroyed. If you think so, please let me know in the comments.
Step : 1
So I bought a big size Pangus fish from the market and it will be about two to two and a half kg. Then I cut the fish nicely and cut it with my hands and then washed it well. Whispered some and kept some in the fridge and took the rest for cooking. So the ones I took for cooking were basically soaked in oil first. For this reason, I had to remove the bird first, heated soybean oil with oil, then sprinkled a little salt and fried the pangas fish well. Masti ki must be lightened before frying and should be mixed well with chilli and a little salt so that it penetrates inside the fish.
Step : 2.
After frying the fish, you should never throw away the oil that has accumulated in the pan. Because these oils are the ones we can use later when we cook fish or when we make broth with PS pepper. Tui Karna basically I separate it nicely and pour it into the ground and later use this oil again during cooking.
Step : 3
Next I basically cut the pisces into small pieces and lightly sanded the page. Then we did not grind the ginger garlic nicely although we don't have a blender but if you have a blender you can do the blending. So basically we have CCed them nicely saying it in our local language. Then some mild chili powder and I went there with some masala and meat seasoning substitute you can use master. After that I boiled it first with light water and when there was a little chatter, I added chili paste, turmeric paste, onion paste, salt and everything in it for about half an hour. But it should be remembered that everything is like the quantity, if it is less or more, the curry test can be ruined.
Step : 4.
After that basically when this broth is cooked a little the onions will be missed a lot and everything will be a very thick mixture. At that time we will take a light finger test and see if the Salt Modes Hollywood adjust is correct or not. If everything is adjusted or fine then we will not give anything more but if for some reason it is less then we will use something new as needed. But keep in mind that if everything is like quantity, for some reason less is not more. So now it's almost like a flavor, then we will add the fishes that we fried earlier in this curry.
Step : 5.
Anyway, in the final, my fried pangas fish turned out to be a very attractive color. If you want to try this recipe at home, I hope everyone will like it.
