“What is your daily routine and is it usually the same routine every day?.”

Yes yes of course I keep changing my routine a lot because change is called life and every day you follow your routine as I have told above I stay at home and my lifestyle is a bit different but when I go to college My routine is quite different. My routine at home is so bad that I often get a lot of scolding from my mom that you always sleep so you should sleep less You should sleep on time You should take care of yourself Why do you do that You are so good daughter when you go to college and when you don't have to go anywhere, you start acting weird.Staying at home I have to do a lot of housework like helping my mother in kitchen because I am at home so I try to cook most of the food myself I have to give my mother rest. So I make it my responsibility to wash the dishes, do the laundry and so i give her a good rest so they don't have to do any work while I'm home.
“Is your routine the same as it was when you were a kid?.”
If we talk about childhood, my mother's said that I was not bothered much, I lived my Puntucal life, but not like that when I talk to my father, he tells something else, he said. That I was always a night baby. Yes, my mother also agreed with this condition. She also said that I was a night baby because I had a habit of sleeping late at night. Even when I was little, I always used to be sleep till late in the day play till late at night.But then when I started going to school, my routine changed. I became puntucal . I used to sleep on time and eat food on time and goes for extra classes on time.Things were going very well .But since my childhood there was a habit which I have not changed till now to sleep well But since my childhood there was a habit which I have not changed till now to sleep well.
“Do you think it is important to have a daily routine?.”
Yes, having a routine is very important in your life, you have to balance when you should eat, when you should not, when you should rest. A gentle heart or stomach cannot compromise all these things. Sometimes we hurt our internal system due to our wrong routine.Sometimes we mess up our routine so much that I don't understand. We are eating at the wrong time. Also we were consuming at night time due to which our body could not react well and we also get diseases.Due to the lack of routine, we keep use our phone for hours, due to which later we also have neck problems. We keep watching videos and that entertains us a lot, it is fun to watch but we are seeing how we are disturbing our sleep and watching things for our own fun but because of this. We don't even think about how much the mind is being affected. We enjoy breaking the routine, but in reality we are harming ourselves in addition to this fun. Keeping up with a proper routine is our own responsibility to take care of our health and avoid bad things.
