Laughter relieves depression. What is your opinion?

I think that laughing can be a great help with depression. When we laugh, our body releases endorphins; these are natural chemical mood elevators that make us happy. This can help to alleviate the feelings of sadness, anxiety, and depression that are also common with this condition. Laughter also fosters social bonding and can take people’s minds off negative thoughts, providing a reprieve from depression. Laughter may be useful as a coping mechanism and supplement other interventions.

Share your two best smiling photos. Describe why you laughed. ( Smiling children will be acceptable.)

This picture is of my little girl. It was very cold this morning. She wanted to go out. She is very happy when she is outside the house. At first, I did not take her, but she was very happy when I opened the gate and went out. She was talking happily in her half-voice. At that time, I took a picture of my little cutie.

This picture is my favourite because here we are, three sisters. This is a picture of my younger brother's wedding. I took a lot of pictures at his wedding. We couldn't think of how to pose and take pictures of the three sisters together. So then I decided to fix my younger sister's jewellery, and I would take the picture. Then we started laughing that time. That time, my brother took this picture, and nobody was ready.

Excessive smiling can have any benefits/losses? Give your opinion.

Benenefit
I believe that over-smiling can truly be beneficial in many ways. First of all, it can establish a friendly environment where people can feel more comfortable. It can also enhance an individual’s social relationships by instilling friendliness and accessibility. Furthermore, smiling has been correlated with the secretion of endorphins, the hormone responsible for elevating one’s mood and relieving one's stress. On balance, too much smiling can lead to better relationships, greater happiness, and a positive view of life.

Losses
Although overblown smiles generally bring numerous benefits, there might be losses too. One potential disadvantage is the feeling of deception or lack of sincerity. If one always smiles and there is no real feeling behind such smiles, it can make others wonder about his or her intentions and credibility. Additionally, an overabundance of smiling in situations where it is deemed improper can come across as heartless or disrespectful. Secondly, smiling all the time can be physically draining as well as possibly overwearing facial muscles, causing discomfort or even pain.

So, it is necessary to find the middle ground and make sure that over-smiling is real, suitable, and a long-lasting thing.
