Hello friends, how are you all? I am fine Alhamdulillah today. I am here to share a very delicious recipe with you. Today I made bharta by mixing chapa shutki and punti fish shutki. Today I am going to share with you how I make delicious bharta of shutki.
All I need for the recipe
- Dry puti fish
- Chapa shutki
- Dry chillies
- 1 big onion
- 1 garlic
- salt

First, I washed and cleaned the Chapa shutki and Puti Fish shutki well. Then I put a pan on the stove and fried the puti fish in it first. Then the Chapa shutki was also covered and boiled for some time to reduce the fire of the stove.

When the shutki are done frying. I chopped some garlic and onion and fried them in the same pan. Lightly heat the onion and garlic. If it is not kept in the oven for a long time, then the aroma of onion and garlic will disappear. Finally, I fried some dry chillies with salt in the pan. Dry chillies are very crunchy when roasted. So I roasted the chillies very carefully.

After frying all the ingredients, take it on a plate. Now I will mix all these materials on the shilpata one by one. First, I paste the shutki. Because there are so many forks in it. I mix the fish very carefully. Because there were many bones in the dry putty fish. Which kept getting stuck in my hand. So I used a spoon.

After grinding the shutki well, I pounded the onion, garlic and dry chillies together. Shilpata is very difficult to work. But in this way, Shutki Bharta tastes great. I have added salt as much as I can while twisting the bhortha. When the filling turned into a fine paste, I took it out of the pan and kept it in a bowl. This is how my wonderful Shutki Bhorta is ready.

Just hearing the name Shutki Bhorta makes the tongue watering. Who else can make shutki bhorta like me? I made this bartha sometimes. If I made it in a blender. the shutki sticks in the mouth while eating. But the Bata Shutki Bhorta becomes a paste in Shell Pata. Which is very delicious to eat.
