Now, instead of wasting money and eating unhealthy besan during Ramadan, we can make besan at home using some ingredients bought from the market. It is also very easy and takes very little time. So, let's learn how to make besan at home----

So let's get started, step by step, with my today's recipe for making gram flour.

First I took rice and lentils in a bowl, they need to be washed and cleaned well. I changed the water three to four times and washed and cleaned the rice and lentils very well.

After washing and cleaning the rice and lentils, I kept the rice and lentils in a basket for about 30 minutes to drain the water. Then, to dry the rice and lentils thoroughly, I spread the rice and lentils on a thin cloth at home and dried them in the sun until the rice and lentils were completely dry.

Now I will show you another method, if we think that there is no sun anywhere in the house on the roof, then we have a lot of trouble in drying. However, we can follow this method, we take the remaining half of the rice and dal mixture in a cloth or towel. We have to rub the mixture a little and clean it with a cloth or cotton towel. Since we have not washed it with water, we have to take some time to do the job so that they are very clean.

Then I put the hairs in a pan and pull them in the pan on very low heat for about three minutes. We have to stir constantly so that no color comes out. The only reason for pulling the hairs is that there is no moisture in the rice grains. Since it is not dried in the sun, if you pull it a little on low heat like this, the chickpeas will be good for up to 1 year. Again, the color cannot be changed in any way and it does not need to be kept for a long time. My rice and lentils are done. now I take the rice and dals off the stove, spread them on a tray and leave them for a while to let the heat dissipate. I've shown you two ways, do whatever you find easier.

I have mixed all the sun-dried rice and pulses and the oven-dried rice and pulses together. Now I will take the rice and pulses to a blender to grind them. However, if you do not want to do this work at home, you can break them from the rice mill. However, I took the time to blend these rice and pulses little by little in a blender at home. After breaking the rice and pulses in the rice mill or blender, I took the gram flour through a sieve.
