How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am a food lover myself. I love to try new foods. Whenever I come across a new recipe I try to try it out and love to taste food.
So friends the recipe that I am sharing today is beef phosphos. Beef lungs are my favorite. I like it very much. But I like the lung better when roasted and fried. The recipe is best served with hot rice. Sometimes my father brings cow lungs from the market. And this is how my mother cooks the folds by frying them. It is very nice to eat this way. This time I made the recipe sitting with my mother. Everyone at home liked it very much. It was very tasty to eat.
So friends, if I make any mistakes, hopefully everyone will look at me with forgiveness and try to explain me
- Cow lungs
- Onions
- Chilli
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Salt
- Oil
- First I will add oil in a pan. Heat the oil and add chopped onions and green chillies. After that I will fry onion and green chillies for a while.
- After that fry onion and green chillies for a while and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ginger and garlic. Fry all the spices well together for a while.
- After frying all the spices for a while, I will give the cow's lungs. And the lungs will also be fried for a while by shaking well with the spices. Then keep it covered for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, when I see that the lungs are slightly charred, I will add the chopped potatoes. After that, add enough water and shake it well and leave it again for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes when you see that the water has dried up. Then I will add more water as per quantity. And I will leave it with a shaking lid.
- After that, when I see that the broth has become quite dry, then I will remove the lid and keep stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom. In this way I will fry the lungs.
- Stir continuously, when I see that the broth has completely dried up and they have browned, then take off the heat.
