Special recipe of duck meat

How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am a food lover myself. I love to try new foods. Whenever I come across a new recipe I try to try it out and love to taste food.

It is very nice to eat duck meat in this winter time. I already like duck meat. It was very cold for several days. So my mother slaughtered a duck from the house. And it was roasted and cooked and eaten by everyone in the house. I really like the duck meat roast recipe.

So friends, if I make any mistakes, hopefully everyone will look at me with forgiveness and try to explain me

Recipe Ingredients:
  • duck meat
  • Ginger batter
  • Garlic batter
  • Onions
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • and oil
First step:
  • First, I will put some oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, I will add onion chips. And fry the onion chips for a while.

Second step:
  • After frying the onion slices for a while, add ginger and garlic paste.

Third step:
  • After that I will add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder and salt. Fry all the spices well for a while.

Fourth step:
  • When the spices are well ground, I will add the duck meat. And shake it well with masala.

Fifth step:
  • Then I cover the meat for about 15 minutes and marinate it well.

Sixth step:
  • After 15 minutes I will stir again the chopped potato pieces. And shake it well again and keep it covered.

Seventh step:
  • After that, I will add the amount of broth so that the meat is cooked well.

ninth step :
  • After a while, I will shake the meat well so that it does not stick to the bottom. Because the broth will dry and roast the meat.

last step :
  • When I see that the broth has dried up and the meat is cooked, I will take it off the stove.
