My favorite drinks include various fruit juices like: mango juice, pineapple juice, orange lemon juice, apple juice etc. Mango juice is my favorite. These are good for our health. I can prepare them at home and eat them. I buy from the market and drink different types of drinks: coca cola, mirinda, saven-up, sprite, power, pepsi, rc, mojo. even though they are bad for our health, i still drink them.
There are some other soft drinks like tea and coffee. We also eat them.
Our Bangladeshi people love tea and coffee very much. Tea and coffee can be made at home and consumed, but in our country, tea and coffee are consumed in large quantities in the office and court. Even if we go out for some work or travel, we drink tea and coffee. Tea or coffee helps us feel good for some time by relieving temporary fatigue. Tea and coffee are available everywhere in homes, street shops, sidewalk shops. The price of tea and coffee is not too high. It is a popular drink of our Bangladesh.
Yes, I used to love soft drinks a lot as a kid. I used to eat a lot of them as a kid. I remember a memorable short story of mine. I first fasted when I was young. I was very tired after fasting all day. I was given some sherbet before iftar. But I insisted that if you don't give me cold drinks, I won't break the fast. Everyone told me that you are fasting and drinking baby sherbet will be good for you. I don't listen to anyone. In fact, I was very stubborn when I was young and never listened to anyone. Now I have become a good girl. When I was young, I did not understand, so I used to eat a lot of cold drinks, now I eat less. Now I eat healthy soft drinks like various fruit juices and syrups. Various cold drinks in soft drinks contain carbon dioxide which is harmful to our body. Eating these in excess amount causes various harm to our body such as weight gain, symptoms of diabetes, dental problems etc. So it is better for us to eat less of these.
Another name for water is life. We all need to drink 3 and a half liters (6-14 glasses) of safe water daily to stay healthy. Drinking enough water increases our body's immune system. So we should drink enough water. Drinking too much water can be harmful to our body. So you can't drink too much or too much water. I think it's important to drink water but in moderation.
Sherbat is the favorite drink of our country. In our country all kinds of sharbats are consumed in various festivals like lemon sharbat. sharbat drink is our ancient tradition. Since ancient times, sharbat is consumed in various wedding ceremonies and birthday celebrations. Sherbet is a healthy drink. Now different kinds of colddrinks, borhani are also served on the occasion but the traditional drink of our country is Sharbat.
