I am here with you today with a little recipe post. Today's recipe is Pigeon Meat. My own house pigeons. Own domesticated pigeons. Pigeon meat is very loved by me and all my family. Baby pigeons have a lot of blood.
However I hope you like this recipe of mine too.
- Pigeon meat
- onion
- Green chillies
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Garam masala powder
- garlic
- Ginger
- Salt
- Oil
- First I will add a quantity of oil in a pot. After that, I will give the amount of chopped onions. I will fry the onions for a while.
- After frying the onions for a while, when they turn a little brown, add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste. I will fry all the spices for a while.
- After frying all the spices for a while, I will give the pigeon meat. And fry the pigeon meats with spices for a while.
- After frying for a while, I will add some whole garam masala. Mix well with the meat.
- I will give a cup of water to soak the meat well
- After draining for a while, I will give two cups of water again. Leave it covered for 10 minutes.
- When I see that the broth has dried up and thickened, I will take it off the stove.
