i love steemitAssalamu Alaikum how are you all? Hope everyone is well, good evening everyone. I hope to show you what I did from morning to evening today, Wednesday.
Morning Rotting :-
- Today I woke up at 7 am and washed my bed sheet and pillowcase with hot water, then had breakfast and left for office, went to the inn to the office and talked about good and bad with everyone and talked about work and played a little ludo. , currently the condition of my steel mill is not that good due to which work is less, leisure time is spent more so we often sit together to play ludo.
Then after playing Ludu, there was some work and after finishing it was lunch time, I came home to eat. After eating and drinking, I went to the office again. I went to the office and rested and worked for 1 hour. I finished the work at 5 pm and came home. This is my office work for the day.
In the evening I cooked noodles and ate :-
- After Maghrib prayer, everyone felt hungry, we both brought a noodle and boiled it with onions, chillies and spices and started cooking the noodles in the oven. Here's what it took to cook the noodles:
- Noodles
- Chili
- Onion
- Nudsol spices
- Eggs
- Moderate salt
- Tomato cultivation Noodles are cooked with them Alhamdulillah, it is delicious to eat.
But it is good to know that noodles also contain beneficial substances for the body. For example..
- Sugars
- Non-vegetarian
- Vitamin B complex
- Fiber or nutritious material and different types of minerals such as salt, fat or fatty material that provide sugar is glucose, which gives us energy and helps the brain to work properly. There are benefits and harms, but if you eat as needed, the harms are likely to be less.
