Every woman's dream is to see her weeding day, the joy and respect it brings is unconditional . I can remember my wedding day though I was a novice then ,no wonder some people are coming up with doing second time wedding ceremony. If I'm given an opportunity I will want to redo mine hahahahaha 😄.

How do you feel about attending a wedding event at a relative's wedding?

At a relative wedding

Like I said wedding is a joyful moment of two people who are to be married as husband and wife. It my neighbors wedding due to the family connection I have with them I was early waiting on that day, the preparation was ongoing , the wife asked some of her friends to escort her to market for purchase of uniforms and other souvenirs .

In my heart I was very happy for the man because I wanted him to settle down. The feeling was good and I was prepared for the wedding.

How many wedding events have you attended and share your feelings and experiences there?

I love wedding and I have attended countless times. My feelings for every wedding that I attend is happy withbthe celebrants. I experienced one funny scenario in one of the wedding that attended, this was one of the biggest wedding that I attended so to say, in this wedding guest were poorly spoken to and attended to by caterers, they were selecting whom and where to serve . If your face or dressing is not friendly they will pass you with their tray of food. As they were doing this one woman and her friends stood up to drag the food from them it wasn't a small scene that they created in someone's wedding party. Others used that opportunity to stand and go meet them at the buffet to carry their food by themselves. It wasn't a nice experience hence people attended that wedding from far and near and needed food to quench their hunger. When the heat was high they called in security personnel who came to create orderliness .

I got married in a different state different from mine, because of distance they paid everything before the main day, on the wedding day it was just the celebration, I logged in a hotel with my maids and make-up artist . I couldn't sleep as I was excited. I got up so early to take my shower immediately the makeup artist started her work which took more than 1 hour . It was time to go to church my husband was already in the church with his men on suite. We matched in with my father holding my hands to give my husband. After some word of exaltation from pastor we exchanged our martial vows and wore out wedding ring .

The next was reception ,there we entertained our guest , there was dance and exchange of gifts. We retired to our hotel for honeymoon and rest.

The tradition of community on wedding is the woman carrying perfume or powder to go round and greet her in-laws for coming while the in-laws spray her money. Then the second outing is the search of the husband in the midst of other men, the wife to be will carry drink in a cup to dance around looking for her husband when she finally finds the husband the man will drink the wine and filled the cup with money. Two of them will dance to the wife's parents for blessings.

After then traditional dancers will display their talents.
