Hello @rajusam, I must say, your Patisapata Pitha recipe looks absolutely delicious and perfect for the winter season. The detailed steps you provided were very helpful, and I can tell a lot of care went into making this dish. I loved how you explained each stage of the recipe, from preparing the dough with milk and powdered milk to making the sweet cream filling.

The combination of ingredients like semolina, sugar, and ghee must have given the pitha such a rich and flavorful taste. The photos you shared really captured the process beautifully. I can imagine how warm and comforting this pitha must taste, especially with the cold weather. I will definitely try making it soon! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. Best of luck with the competition.
