Assalamu alaikum
I'm @romzan15 from #bangladesh
How are you friends, I hope everyone is well, today I came to you with a new blog Broken road in our village.
village road
If a village road hasn’t been repaired for 25 years, it becomes incredibly difficult for the villagers. Broken roads make commuting risky and everyday life challenging. During the rainy season, the road becomes muddy, and in the dry season, dust becomes an issue; even emergencies become hard to manage due to poor accessibility.
This situation reflects a lack of development and administrative negligence. Often, villagers report these issues to the relevant authorities, but effective action isn’t taken. In such cases, the villagers should come together, discuss the issue with local representatives, and formally request necessary steps to be taken.
When roads aren’t repaired, it hampers the economic growth of the village, as conducting business becomes difficult without proper transportation. Therefore, after 25 years of no road repair, it is essential for villagers to be aware of the issue and apply the necessary pressure to bring about change.
broken road
Broken roads are a major problem in our daily lives. They are not only dangerous for vehicles but also risky for pedestrians. During the rainy season, water accumulates on the roads, making the situation worse, as small potholes turn into large ones, leading to accidents. Broken roads disrupt people's daily commutes and waste time. Additionally, there’s a risk of vehicle damage on such roads, which can cause financial losses.
Addressing this issue requires a joint effort from local authorities and the public. By repairing the roads properly using quality materials and maintaining them regularly, we can achieve a lasting solution to this problem.
Broken roads in villages are a common problem, especially during the rainy season when the condition worsens. To repair such roads, you can contact the local Union Parishad, municipality, or ward commissioner. Government projects like LGED (Local Government Engineering Department) also work on rural road development, so it’s possible to apply for repairs through them.
If the local residents take the initiative together, it becomes easier to get prompt action from the local administration.
A poem about broken roads
Broken Road
This path is broken, filled with mud,
Dust gathers along the sides, thick as blood,
Each step meets resistance from scattered stones,
Yet I keep walking, determined to reach my own.
Beneath my feet, loose rocks, jagged and wild,
With every stumble, my spirit's defiled.
But this road, this dust, this path unsteady,
Are my companions, keeping my journey steady.
I've seen halts, I've seen risings again,
Learned to move forward despite the pain.
In hardship, the road hides a deeper story,
A broken road, life’s mirror in all its glory.
Dust-streaked, I’ll rise once more,
Until I reach that distant shore.
A broken road, yet hope still alive,
Perhaps, at the end, a new dream will thrive.

Even though the village roads are a little broken, for those of us who live in the village, this road is a very good road. It is familiar to us. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful writing with us.
