Good morning to the amazing people of this wonderful Community. My regards to @Shiftitamanna for organizing this contest. Happiness is the act of being joyous, satisfied and contented. It is the antidote of living long.

Are you a happy person?

Yes, I'm a happy person, I have my ups and downs moment, but I try to find happiness in every situation.

✅ What generally makes you happy or sad?

A lot of things makes me happy

• Being able to wake up every morning hale and hearty makes me happy.

• Being with my family and friends makes me happy.

• Reading books and writing makes me happy

• Being healthy makes me happy

• Eating good food makes me happy.

• Helping people makes me happy.

• Going out everyday and coming back safely makes me happy.

• Being able to cater for my needs makes me happy.

• Being in the presence of the Almighty God also makes me happy.

Things that makes me sad

Sickness and being with a sick loved one makes me sad.

Failure also makes me sad.

Being in a sad situation and not being able to help myself also makes me sad.

Seeing a loved one in pain also makes me sad.

✅ What makes you smile?

• Watching the sun set every morning and the beauty of nature makes me smile.

• Learning something new makes me smile.

• Achieving a goal makes me happy

• Lending a helping hand to someone in need also makes me happy.

✅ Does the weather ever affect how you feel?

Yes, the weather affects the way I feel. I naturally love calm weather, so I'm usually calm during the rainy season.

✅ Do you think people in your country are generally happy people?would be better if you use original images

I don't think the people in my Country are happy because a lot has been lately in my Country. The cost of living is very high, prices of goods keeps on increasing on a daily basis and people are still earning the same amount of money there where earning so many years ago. People are quite sad because of the untold hardship and hunger. Nigerians are naturally happy people, they would be happy if the economy is favourable to them.

Conclusion

The world is not a bed of roses but we should try to be happy at all times in order to live a healthy life.
