How are you all friends? I hope you are well and healthy by the grace of God. I am also fine with the grace of Allah and the love of all of you. We all like to eat new types of cuisine. Not everyone likes to eat the same food every day, so sometimes it is necessary to cook a little differently to bring variety. Dal is a favorite food of all of us but this dal can be cooked in different ways. It tastes different when cooked in different ways. Dal bhuna is more or less eaten by all of us, it is very fun to eat. Cooking dal bhuna does not require much so we can cook dal bhuna very easily. Dal bhuna can be cooked with few spices.

turmeric powder
Chilli powder

First I prepared everything for cooking dal bhuna.
Now put the oven on the stove and fry it well with onions and green chillies inside it.
Now I will add some turmeric and garlic paste to the pan and fry the dal well for a while.
Now I will give all the spices in quantity here.
I will give it some more time to mix the dal well with all the masalas.
I will put some boiling hot water inside the dal.
When the dal is boiled for a while, I break an egg inside it and mix it well.
Finally, I add coriander leaves and transfer it to another pot.
