I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.I really enjoy cooking. Whenever I have time, I try to prepare meals for my family by following new and different food recipes.

I would like to thank Sir for organizing such an inventive contest.This is my first time participating in such a contest. In this contest, we can share our creative cooking skill & experience.So without further ado, I'm going directly to my post.

The recipe for my ten-minute dish today is Alo chop(Potato chops). I made potato chop in a very healthy way using just a few ingredients available at home. I will share this with all of you today.To make potato chop, I am arranging all the ingredients I need in a tabular format below so that it is easier for all of you to understand.

1.Potato
2.Gram flour
3.Chopped onion
4.Chopped green chilli
5.Coriander leaves
6.Vegetable oil

Tutorial for making Potato chops

To make potato chops, the first step is to prepare mashed potatoes. To make mashed potatoes, I have mixed boiled potatoes with onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and a small amount of salt, kneading them together well.After making the mashed potatoes, I have taken them and made a round-shaped dough.

Then I placed a pan on the stove and added a sufficient amount of oil to it. I kept the stove's heat on medium until the oil was hot. After that, I dipped the potato dough into the previously mixed besan and dropped it into the hot oil.

After placing the potato chops in the oil pan, I kept the stove temperature very low because if the stove's heat is too high, the potato chops will burn instead of frying properly. After that, I flipped them over a few times and then I took them out after frying.

✅ Are there any tips for making the 10-minute dish more flavorful?

I made potato chops today. To enhance the flavor of the potato chop, we can add some chaat masala or a little bit of cumin powder. This results in a very nice and tasty crunch from the potato chop, and we can also add some kalonji (nigella seeds) to it.

✅ Is the dish for one person or several people?

I made this delicious food for everyone. I prepared it in amounts suitable for my family, and my little boy loves it very much.

✅ Is this dish healthy? Will it cause any problems in digestion?

I believe it will not have any effect on digestion. Because I have prepared it in a very clean and healthy way. I think it might have some effect on those who have gastric issues or indigestion problems. Additionally, both children and adults can consume this food as a light snack in the afternoon or evening.

✅ Who would you like to share this dish with?

I want to share this food dish with the person I love. And he is my husband. Aloo chop is one of his favorite foods. However, he is very far away from me, which means I cannot feed him even if I want to.So I shared this with everyone in the family. The whole family sat together and had aloo chop as an evening snack.

Saya sering mengolahnya menjadi pergedel dan itu juga sangat enak sekali, tapi kentangnya saya goreng dulu sebelum di tumbuk, kemudian saya beri merica bubuk, seledri, garam serta bawang yang sudah saya goreng di campur juga dengan telur merahnya saja sedangkan bagian putihnya saya jadikan untuk mencelup adonan lalu di goreng sama seperti yang anda buat.

First i boiled potatoes.Then i mashed it.Coriander leaves are available in our country.I have no pictures of coriander leaves on my phone.I have download this picture for you,my friend.
