Delicious Fuchka Recipe

How are you all? I believe everyone is fine by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also quite well. Today I am back with a recipe post. Today I am sharing with you a very delicious recipe. The recipe that I will share with you today is Fuchka recipe. It is a very popular food in our Bangladesh. Fhuchka is very popular among different types of street food. We all love this dish. Young and old more or less everyone likes to eat this food. I like it a lot too. But I think it is much healthier to cook at home than to eat out. I really like this recipe. My kids love it too. So I made it that day. Hope you like this recipe. So let's get started.

Necessary Materials

Fuchka
potatoes
egg
dry chili
coriander leaves
onion
salt
Bit salt
tamarind

Step - 1

First I cut the potatoes into two pieces. And took an egg. Now I have washed and cleaned everything very well. And boiled them.

Then I fried the dry chillies. Chop the chillies and grind them to powder. I took a little more powder.

Then I added chopped onions and salt as needed.

Then I mixed everything well.

Peeled the boiled potatoes and stuffed them.

Then I put some coriander leaves there. Along with that, I gave pickled onions. After mixing everything I made potato filling.

Then I soaked the tamarinds in water. Then I made tamarind paste by kneading them with the help of hands.Then I added a bit of salt and some chili flakes. Then I mixed everything.

Then I grated the boiled egg.Put them separately on a plate.

Step - 9

Now I fried the puffs. Heat enough oil in a pan. Then I fried fuchka there. The blisters will swell and become red on both sides. Then you should understand that they are fried. Thus I fried a basket of fuchka.

Step - 10

Finally I put the sour water made with potato filling, grated egg and tamarind inside the fuchka. This is how Fuchka was made.
