Assalamu Alaikum everyone, I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Welcome to my post, today I will share with you an amazing recipe that will make your mouth water. Today I will show you how to make delicious sour, salty, sweet Mango Bar very easily with just a few household ingredients, which is very delicious to eat. So let's share the recipe with you step by step......!

  • First, peel the mangoes well and then cut them into small pieces.

  • Then put a pan on the stove, add enough water and put the mangoes in it to boil.

  • When the mangoes are well cooked, remove them from the pan and strain them well with a strainer so that there are no hard skins or seeds in the mangoes.

  • Then put a pan on the stove and add the strained boiled mangoes in it and start stirring well. When I see that it has thickened, I will add chili flakes, bit of salt, sugar, panch phoron and enough salt and then keep stirring for a while.

  • Then I will add a little green food color inside it and keep stirring for a while, the food color is completely optional, just because it looks attractive, I have added it to make the mangoes look very tempting.

  • Then I will push the mangoes into a round flat container and leave it in the sun to dry for 1 day.

This is how our delicious Mango Bar will be made, which is as tempting to look at as it is delicious to eat. After drying it well in the sun, we can store it for about 1 year, so that we can enjoy it even when we are off-season.
