Dear friends,
how are you all? Hope everyone is doing well by God's grace. I am also very well with your prayers. Today I am here with you with a beautiful recipe. Which everyone loves to eat. It is sour, sour, sweet mango pickle. I will share this recipe with you today.

Step: 1

First I took lots of mangoes to make mango pickle. The mangoes are raw raw. It is very good to make pickled mangoes. Mango pickle is one of my favorite foods. There is no one who does not like mango pickle. The tree catches mangoes once a year. We wait for mangoes to make achar. And during this achar, I will now make mango pickles.

Step: 2

Then I washed the mangoes well. Then I cut the mangoes nicely. Some mangoes I cut with flour and some mangoes will be pickled with flour. I like to eat pickles with mango anti. Very tasty to eat this pickle. Then the mangoes are ready for making pickles.

Step: 3

Then I will peel the mangoes. For that, I put dal masala in a pan and sauteed the mangoes with onion, garlic and mustard oil. In this way, I flipped the mangoes in the pan, stirred them well and burned them for a while.

Step: 4

The mangoes were raw. Mango pickle will be so sour. And so I took some jaggery to sweeten the pickles. I cut the molasses into small pieces and put them in pickles. The molasses melted and the pickles became very sweet. If the pickle is sweet, it is very good to eat.

Step: 5

Now I add some dry chillies to spice up the pickle a bit. I fried the chillies nicely. Then I chopped the chilies lightly. Chilli seeds are kept whole so that it looks very beautiful in the pickle. Then I put the battered peppers in the pickle.

Step: 6

Next I took dhuna and cumin. I have fried the dhuna and cumin seeds nicely. Then I beat them nicely. If dhuna and cumin are added to the fried pickle, its taste increases many times and becomes many cents. So these spices have to be added to the pickle.

Step: 7

Add as much salt, turmeric, pepper and jaggery for sweetness. I have added pepper to make it mild. I have also added some spices. I will burn like this for a while. Then my recipe will be ready.

Step: 8

See now my mango pickle is ready. Now I will dry the pickle in the sun and store it. One day I put the pickle in the sun. The color of the pickles has come out very nicely after being exposed to the sun. It has become dry and tight. Tok jhal sweet mango pickle tastes great. You can make the recipe and try it.

Step: 9

Now it's time to serve. Take the mango pickle in a small bowl. I sprinkled some cumin seeds and coriander powder on it in small quantity. This is how I served the Tok Jhal Sweet Mango Pickle. Mashallah looks very beautiful.
