Fasting is the third pillar of Islam. Every year in Ramadan, every devout Muslim fasts religious worship to get the grace of the great creator.
Yes, I do fast for one month of the year. I am greatly encouraged to fast this holy month of Ramadan. Fasting is obligatory for every adult Muslim according to Islamic law. Also, I fast on one day of the week (Monday). Observe fast according to Islamic law. All kinds of food, drink, and indulgences are to be abstained from in the morning, from dawn to sunset.
Fasting acts as an antidote and preventive in the body.

Fasting improves the brain. According to scientists, fasting helps form new cells in the brain.
Fasting lowers cholesterol levels in the body. Also, fasting has a positive effect on lipid profiles.
As a result of fasting, it is possible to eliminate all kinds of bad habits. For example, All types of smoking, tea or coffee addiction.
Fasting is the best time to lose weight. Fasting causes the stomach to contract. As a result, the stomach feels complete even with less food.
Fasting can easily keep the body free of toxins. Fasting throughout Ramadan provides an opportunity to detoxify the digestive system.
Also, fasting benefits patients with heart disease, high blood pressure, and asthma. Fasting also plays an influential role in patients suffering from kidney problems.
Fasting is not just a part of religious observance. It has physical and mental benefits.
Last year I lost six kilos during Ramadan. Since receiving this benefit of fasting, I have been fasting almost all the time except during Ramadan. If you are fasting, you must stay without food for the whole day. It reduces excess fat and fat in the body. Also, the harmful toxins accumulated in the body get a chance to get out of the body through the kidneys. Fasting is the best way to detoxify the body.
Fasting is religious, so regular fasting can help you feel peace of mind. At the same time, the release of stress hormones is reduced, which increases the brain's performance. Besides, we get the strength to follow the right path through the habit of fasting for a long month. Due to long self-restraint, we can easily refrain from sinful activities. People who stay on regular fasting and religious path get the opportunity to improve their self-reflection and thinking. Fasting is of immense importance for maintaining good mental health and a positive outlook on life.
