Currently, Bangladesh is very hot. And curd is one of the soothing foods this summer. Everyone needs to eat food that is especially safe for the body. Here is my recipe for today to save you from consuming fake curds at high prices from outside shops. You can make this delicious curd at home very easily by adopting some techniques.

First, I want to know what ingredients and quantities I used to make the perfect curd.👇👇

1. Cow milk: 3 liters.
2. Sugar: 600 grams.
3. Curd: half cup.
4. Water: one cup.

Now see the process of making the perfect sweet yogurt.

  • First, the most important ingredient for making curd, milk, should be put in a pot on the stove on medium heat. Mix one cup of water with milk. Boil the milk to half the amount (I will make 1.5 liters of three liters of milk).

  • Now for the perfect color of curd, I will make caramel with 300 grams of sugar in a bowl.

  • Then pour the sugar caramel into the cooked milk and stir continuously to mix the sugar and caramel.

  • Now remove the milk from the stove, put it under the fan, and reduce the heat a little. The hot milk should be tested by dipping the fingers. The milk should be warm enough to withstand the fingers for a while.

  • After that, the curd should be beaten well. Mix the whipped cream with milk. Now mix the milk in a plastic cup. And cover these cups with a warm cloth for 7-8 hours.

  • If you remove the cloth from the curd after 7 hours, you can understand whether the curd has frozen perfectly or not.

This is how the perfect sweet curd is made. Then keep it in the fridge and serve it when it is cold.

First, let me say that I am not an expert on yogurt, and then I will share with you what I know.

Benefits of Yogurt:


  • Sweetened yogurt contains beneficial bacteria that are great for improving digestion and reducing gas. It also helps to relieve constipation.

  • Besides, the calcium and phosphorus present in it work in bone formation and increase strength. Increases immunity.

  • Apart from improving health, it is especially beneficial for human skin.


It is natural that any good thing will have some side effects if consumed in excess. Since sweetened yogurt contains sugar, consuming more than that can cause some problems. Such as - weight gain & Tooth decay.
