Assalamu alaikum how are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and I am also well by the grace of Allah today I am coming to you with a fish recipe and how I made the fish recipe at my home and what are the benefits of the recipe. All I will present in my blog today,
The first favouritefavourite food of Bengalis is fish because Bengalis have rice in their diet for three meals and with that rice, they like to eat fish very much that is why it is said that fish is Bengali in rice and also in the fish there are many nutrients which are very beneficial for the human body and especially It is very important for children to have fish in their daily diet and today I added cauliflower and potato with fish and I think some vegetables and fish will make a complete protein rich meal from which we will get protein minerals and meat from fish and we will also get various vitamins and elements from vegetables which are essential for our body structure and health so today I am cooking some vegetables together with fish. I made a recipe.
The ingredients I need to prepare my fish and vegetable recipe today are

fried dhunajira | one teaspoon. |
It is possible to make a fish and vegetable recipe very easily with all these ingredients but let's show you how I made the recipe.
First I cut the onions and then I boiled the potatoes and kept them small and cut are cauliflower. Cut them into small pieces and then wash the fish well and keep them put it on a clean and take a fry pan add the chopped onions and bay leaves,
then add oil and when the onions turn a light colour, add the chopped fish and then just add salt and turmeric and wait for two minutes.
Let the fish cook a bit then after two minutes add the chopped cauliflower and potatoes and mix them
add all the powdered masala and add ginger and garlic paste and wait for some time to cook after five minutes when the vegetables are cooked add enough water and test the salt to make sure it is right. Add a spoonful of fried dhunajira and then wait for another two to four minutes for the curry to thicken and then it is done and served.
This recipe goes very well with hot rice and I think everyone from kids to old people will love this recipe very much through this, we will get all the nutrients of fish and vegetables together and during winter this cauliflower recipe is very popular in our area and hence Today I am inspired to share this recipe with you hereI'm leaving here for today, I'll be back with some new recipes very soon, until then, stay well and have a wonderful time with your family, thanks, everyone.

Yes you are right we are Bangladeshi fish and rice Bengali, there are rivers and ponds around this country, where there are countless fish and our rice is produced from there. And the vegetable curry you have cooked looks more like it for me, stay well
