We celebrate our Eid on 21th of April.

After Eid prayers we celebrate our eid with bangali community.

We celebrate this day in stralsund, a small beautiful town located in northeast Germany.

How quickly time flies. We were waiting for Eid. Eid has come and also gone. Eid is the day of happiness for Muslims ordained by Allah. It is a blessing for us. We tried to enjoy the day completely.

One week ago, the imam of the mosque said that preparations for Eid have been taken on Friday. I was a little tense. If the Friday moon is not seen, then our fast will be one less. But luckily after ending all worries, the moon appeared , I was able to celebrate Eid with peace of mind. We woke up very early on the day of Eid.

Since it is very cold here, I bathed the children the day before. After having a light breakfast, we all got ready to go to the mosque for Eid prayers. The 1st floor of the mosque was for men and the 2nd floor for women.

Every floor had toys for children so they enjoyed the mosque a lot. I stayed there for a while after the prayer. It was nice to meet everyone after a long time. Then we came home. After coming home, I started preparing for the afternoon party.

I made an orange cake for the children. After making some more food, we left the house at 2.30.

We have some Bengali families to eat outside so we had fixed the place in advance. Everyone went with some food. The food was very tasty.
Children were more interested in playing than eating.

Many were lying on the grass. Although the boys played football in the field for a while. And we girls were talking about who and when to go to Bangladesh. Some were talking to their parents in Bangladesh. At 6.00pmWe are preparing to come home. The children were also very tired from jumping around all day.I also had to prepare for the children's party the next day so I was in a hurry to go home. When we came home, we all changed our clothes. When we came home, we all changed our clothes.

So I put all the clothes in the washing machine. After dinner everyones talked for a while and went to sleep. Actually the day went better than we expected.
