First, I cut the chicken and cleaned it well. I kept the size of the chicken a little medium. You can keep the size of the chicken as you like. I have placed a fan on medium heat above the gas. I have measured the amount of oil inside the pan. I will add the chopped onions and cinnamon , cardamom , when the oil gets hot.
After the colour of the onion becomes brown, I will add the chicken meat and the kidney beans. Because the beans are cooked for a long time, boiling them will take a long time. After stirring the beans and chicken, I added turmeric powder and spices. I took all the spices in a bowl and mixed them with a bit of water so they got mixed with the meat quickly. After draining the chicken grind, dampen it with about a cup of water. In this way, I will grind the meat three times.
If it is Desi chicken, then grind it three times. If it is not desi chicken, then grind it two. Add water according to the proportion of the person who likes gravy, and add some green chillies. Suppose this meat is a thin gravy type. It is good to eat. Keep the gas stove on medium heat and take it off after twenty minutes.
