SEC-S15W2: ''My School Life"

in hive-170554 •  last year

Introduction

This topic specifically reminds me of my secondary school days. A time in my life that everything seemed almost perfect.

I knew what I was aiming for, I had literally most of the parts of my life all planned out and ready to be executed. I don't know if I should say now I know better or I am more confused.

Either ways secondary school was one of the very best times in my life.

Write about your favorite subject of school life

I loved mathematics so much and I still do. It was one of the subjects I found to be very easy to tackle in my secondary school days. I would even bring out my WAEC maths Q and A and begin solving random questions anytime I am bored or sad.

Somehow, getting the questions right especially the ones that seemed challenging. Finally getting the answers right is another kind of pleasure.

I hardly went through my maths note book unless for test, exams or just out of impulse but I always did good in it. I was very good in this subject and I knew it.

Write about your favorite friends in school life

I didn't have much friends in school because I might have been good at other things but I was terrible at associating with people. Luckily, this got better during my SS3 days or more precisely I had stayed six years with my mates so I knew them better.

But there was one close friend I had. She was also my seatmate. Ferty made jokes that she was the one who opened me up. Well not really, she should see my antisocial self in university now.

Till date, we still exchange calls and chat online.

Write about your favorite teacher in school life

It's had to pick a particular favourite teacher. I loved mathematics as a subject so automatically I got really familiar and related very well with all the teachers that taught me this subject.

Mr MJ, my Civic Education teacher in Jss class, my Further Mathematics teacher, Mr Felix, my physics teacher, Mr lawal. I think these are the teachers I really looked forward to their classes.

Write about the most memorable day of school life

The most memorable day in my secondary school would be when I was informed by my junior class Civic Education teacher, Mr MJ that I was the best graduating student for the year. We were taking our magazine pictures that day.

I already took my mind out of that particular one because the competition for it was actually heated. The best graduating student for our school always had their picture on the face of the magazine. Just imagine how thrilled I was.

Write about school life picnic

I don't think I had any picnics in school but there was this kind off hang out stuff we did in JSS1. We were launching our book though it was just some photocopied stuff it was still fun.

I was invited to a high table with some others. It was held under one of our school's shady tree. It was a fun experience. There was snacks, drinks and entertainment.

Writing about the saddest day of school life

I don't recall a particular memorable sad day. Definitely I had the days but I don't exactly recall a particular one.

For the best part of it, my last days in secondary school were rather blissful. If I had a sad day then it would be within my junior year or SS1 days. Either not completing my examination because of time or getting a low score in a test or probably just having a bad day.

Thank you very much for taking time to read through.

If you do not remember sad days in school then your school time was happy. I had many sad days :-)

Not that I don't remember, I don't think there was any particular memorable one that still haunts me. For what it's worth, I want that part of my life to be filled with only good memories.

¡Saludos amiga!😊
