SEC-S17W2 “A review of the most special food you’ve eaten in your life”

Hello @everyone in this community steem for Bangladesh .It’s another exciting week2 engagement challenge of season17 for us to participate in the various selected communities with the topics given. I will be sharing my thought on the given topic “A review of the most special food you’ve eaten in your life”.

In my country Cameroon we have varieties cuisines prepared and eaten .Also, some that are not cultivated in my country but imported raw to be prepared for it nutritional value . In the below 👇 section I will share my thoughts base on my base meal that I can easily review to someone without no doubt. I hope you find pleasure reading my post.

What is the name of the special foods

I earlier mentioned I have so many cuisines that I have enjoying eating them .Most especially meal in my country like Huckleberry and fufucorn, fried rice, Gari and Eru, Ndole , tomatoes sauce eaten with yams or rice ,Okro , pepper soup plantain etc.

Amongst the the food I have listed enjoy eating it . The special amongst all that is special to me and I will love review to others or make recommendations for people eats is “pepper soup plantain”.

**Pepper soup plantation my most special food **

This is a special meal to that when ever I eat I feel happy because of it taste ,aroma and nutritive value.I feel like there is no special foods like pepper soup plantain.

Where do you eat this food ? If you have a recipe you can share it.

Iam someone who hate eating in the restaurant because am sure of what am eating is well prepared .In a good hygienic condition,my best moments is when I prepare my food by myself, because am sure of what am eating.This special food pepper soup plantain is usually prepared by me.

As for the recipe I will try to give a brief summary of how to prepare pepper soup plantain.It won’t be complicated but it will give a good guide for someone who want to prepare it .To grab the recipe on how to prepare this delicious pepper soup plantain.

Firstly, you need raw plantain, paper soup spice like Njangsa,onions, Garlic ,pepper, country onions,Matches, vegetables oil,meats and kanda .

Second, step ,Peel your plantain the quantity you want to prepare and put in a clean pot .Add all your grind ingredients, water,meat and Kanda in the pot .On your Gascooker and pot your put to be boiling.

Third, step while it boiling add your vegetable oil and chili pepper the quantity of pepper you want . Allow it to cook for about 40minutes,after your special foods pepper soup is ready to be eaten.

Why is the food the most special food you’ve eaten your life

One thing I will choose a meal to be special to me is because of it nutritional value,taste and aroma .Also the ingredients involved use in cooking the meal with and what role it plays in the human body.

Therefore, pepper soup is one my special meal that contain the following things I have listed.Pepper soup plantain contain vitamin,Iron and protein .All these comprises classes of foods that provide more nutrients making the body strong and healthy. That why I will recommend people to consume pepper soup plantain and also,I love eating it.

And why would you encourage everyone to eats this food

I earlier mentioned it nutritional value to body is topnotch, taste and aroma contributes a lot in our body.Making one to remain strong and healthy.Therefore, I will encourage everyone around me to eat the foods especially prepared by yourself .It will good and easy to cook it according to your taste.

There are many people living in this world of ours, everyone's needs, wishes, likes and dislikes are different and exceptional. So the food you mention as special food seems a bit more exceptional to me because I have never seen or even thought of such a thing as chili soup. This dish of yours looks exceptional.

Most of the ingredients used in your food, including raw cabbage, are rich in nutrients. As a result, the food contains a lot of vitamins, proteins, which are very beneficial for our body because they increase the immunity of our body.
