Assalamu'alaikum everyone.

By participating in the "Steemit Learning Challenge Season 23" brings a lot of opportunities for me to make various delicious food items and get new experiences of cooking. It introduces me with many special recipes which I have not experienced yet. This challenge really helped me to explore many cooking dishes with a vast knowledge. The reason I’m here today is to participate in SLC23-W4 // "Pakistan's Cuisine" which is skillfully and inexperienced way represented by our honorable madam @suboohi. I’m so grateful to mam and the team for getting me introduced to a delicious and new dish. Without any further ado, I’m going to share my today’s experience of making the delicious Chicken Karhai.

✓ 1-Have you tried any Pakistan's food? Which Pakistan's food is available at your local places?(2pts)

Alhamdulillah, our city has to provided us the opportunity to taste many Pakistani food from various restaurants near us. Fortunately, I’m situated in an area where some of the Pakistani refugees are staying near us. They cooked very delicious food in the local shops. They mostly made the Beef Sikh Kaba, Jali Kabab, and Beef Chaap. Besides this, there are also many good restaurants around my area which are very famous for their Pakistani foods. The taste of their dishes is amazing and whenever I get the opportunity I never miss to have their appealing dishes. Among the variety of their dishes, I mostly like their Lahoori Beef Seek Kabab, Chicken Malai Tikka, Kashmiri Butter chicken, Butter Nun, and Peshawari Nihari. Among the drinks I love the most is Lacchi.

✓ 2- Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Pakistan's cuisine step by step in detail with pictures.

By following the instructions of the SLC I’m going to share the Chicken Karhai recipe which I learned.

✓ 3-Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the shared recipe? (2pts)

Yes in our Bangladesh one dish named Chicken Jhal Fry or Chicken Bhuna is almost similar to this Pakistani dish. The ingredients and the taste of these two are the same. The difference may often be about using mustard oil. To give a unique taste to this dish many where we used mustard oil. On the other hand, Pakistani dishes mostly prefer to use ghee or cooking oil.

✓ 4- Which flavour or spice do you like from Pakistan's cuisine ?(1pt)

Pakistan’s cuisine is an appealing combination of rich flavors and aromatic amazing spices. In their food, there is a perfect balance of black cardamom, cumin, and garam masala which enhance the unique taste of the dishes. I always prefer rich food and Pakistan’s cuisine never let me down to provide a great taste and flavourful dishes.
