What a lovely week it has been once again...
From Monday till today...we've had delicious different lunch every day of the week...and all home made!!!
Today it was my husband and daughter who were the chefs of the day and they prepared a very yummy and original chicken sandwich made with the batbout bread I baked yesterday!
Let me briefly show you what delicious foods we cooked the last few days at home...
This post gonna make you hungry...brace yourself!
On Monday, we had Traditional Mauritian Fish Curry with Eggplant for lunch...some had it with bread and my husband just loves his steamed rice!
On Tuesday, It was again me who cooked for lunch and made Chicken Tandoori Rice and served with a spicy tomato salsa...
On Wednesday...it was the turn of my husband and my son Omar to be the chefs of the day...
Boiled noodles are among our most favorite dish and he made exactly this dish!

And yesterday...I made a tasty Beef Tajine with Sweet Potatoes and Plums!
As you noticed, I try to have different dishes from different cuisines of the world for our lunches at home...
On top of these dishes, I also prepared some special snacks that we had for tea time...
We are real foodies and we are always surrounded by foods all day long!
Isn't it an amazing life my friends!?
Now weekend is coming up and got to decide what special I can come up with...
