If you ask me about my most favorite dish...Moroccan one, then Chicken with Lemon and Olives will surely top my list...
When you have the right ingredients and you cook it the proper way...following each steps, the taste will be super delicious!
So today I took my time and prepared this dish for lunch...needless to say, it came out very yummy!
I will briefly explain the recipe as I've already shared this recipe couple of times! Bon Apetit if your are having diner/lunch!
The most important part of this classic Moroccan dish is to marinate the chicken to its best and follow the cooking steps...part on the stove and part in the oven!
The marinated chicken after it's first cook...it will go in the sauce with an onion and lemon base and simmer for some minutes!
This dish needs a lot of onions...this will gave the food a very pleasant taste!
As for the pickled lemon, I used only the flesh of the lemon...the sauce will be amazing with this!
Put in the chicken and let cook...
Among the flavors of this dish, you will get a hint of cinnamon...pickled lemon, olives...olive oil...onion...garlic...coriander...turmeric...
An Explosion of Flavors when you taste it!
Just before serving...add some crispy French Fries on top and ENJOY!!!
